Gary L. Mays, CSI, CCPR
President/Owner
Involved in the construction industry since
1980, Gary studied engineering at the
University College at Washington University
in St. Louis and graduated from the
Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning
School at Ranken Technical Institute. He is a
corporate member of the International Code
Council, which promotes the education of
current code requirements as they relate
to smoke control and life safety. Gary has
assisted with the growth and strategic
planning of major manufacturers while
serving on the Dealer Advisory Boards
for Centria, Ruskin, Smoke Guard and
MM Systems Companies. Gary has earned
his Construction Document Technologist
(CDT) certification from the Construction
Specifications Institute demonstrating the
required experience, knowledge and ability
to use written construction documents
and advise design professionals who are
preparing product specifications. He is an
affiliate member of the St. Louis Chapter of
American Institute of Architects, Association
of General Contractors and the Sheet
Metal Contractor's National Association.
An engineer by education and marketer
by nature, Gary has a firm grasp of the
challenges and opportunities of operating
a manufacturers representative office
and specialty contracting company, and
is a strong believer in problem prevention
through planning.

Patrick H. McWard, CDT
Executive Vice President/Owner
Patrick has been involved in the construction
industry since 1990. A graduate of the
University of Missouri, Columbia, he
has brought to Mays-Maune-McWard
a background in estimating, project
management, purchasing and sales of
exterior architectural and industrial wall
systems and in the field of glass and
glazing. Since 1996, he has been in sales
with the company in various departments.
Currently, he is responsible for the Specialty
Contracting Division. Patrick has earned
his Construction Document Technologist
(CDT) certification from the Construction
Specifications Institute demonstrating the
required experience, knowledge and ability
to use written construction documents
and advise design professionals who are
preparing product specifications. He is an
associate member of the Association of
General Contractors and the Sheet Metal
Contractors National Association. Patrick has
utmost respect for the customer and the
determination to make sure that everything
is done according to specifications
and to the customer's satisfaction.
His understanding of the business, his
knowledge of the industry, and his hands-on
experience serving in numerous roles, gives
him the unique ability to see not only the big
picture, but also the smallest of details - on
each and every project, big or small.
