Expansion Joints

Versaseal® and RuFSEAL® are sesmically designed aluminum and elastomeric systems which provide full omni-movement for joints ranging from 2" to 10".  Versaseal®  for wall and soffit joints and RuFSEAL® for roof joints are uniquel designed with many features. 

Because the Pantograph system is ideal for high-rise construction wind resistance becomes a crucial design factor.  The Pantograph mechanism allows for multiplexing of flush or v-groove visual seal profiles.  Hinged to the jam mullions, the Pantograph accommodates full omni-movement including wind-induced shear.
